Bio-algae biopolymer & water hyacinth fibre platform
A single digital-twin platform clones two circular bio-manufacturing lines. Algae accumulate PHA/PHB that is extracted and melt-spun into biodegradable fibre; invasive water hyacinth is harvested from waterways and refined into technical cellulose fibre and nanocellulose. Both streams share a protein recovery module and one merged inspection layer, so every batch carries a reliability verdict before release.
